Michael and Mary Levine, principals of the Parmenter Group, attended the MSU - Management Turnaround Association (Michigan Chapter) sponsored Emergency Financial Manager Training Program on February 9th and 10th in Lansing, Michigan.  The Parmenter Group recognizes the future need for well informed and trained professionals that can provide this type of service to local units of government, the State of Michigan, and other interested parties.

The Levines intend to continue on the training path being offered through MSU and the Management Turnaround Association and are available on a consultant basis to advise vendors, creditors, local units of government and other interested parties dealing with challenges faced by local communities with operating deficits and falling revenues.
