DTE and Consumers Power are offering to install, free of charge, energy efficient light bulbs in apartment units - up to 8 per unit.  Other energy efficiency upgrades that they will install are:  low flow shower heads, low flow faucet aerators, pipe wrapping for individual hot water heaters.

Last Friday, MSHDA published its proposed amendmentsto the Qualified Allocation Plan and announced it will hold 3 public hearings in Lansing, Detroit and Grayling on Wednesday, February 11th.  Publication of these proposed changes follows an invite-only forum attended by industry representatives hosted by MSHDA in January.
