MSHDA Publishes Amendments to QAP - Announces Public Hearings

Last Friday, MSHDA published its proposed amendmentsto the Qualified Allocation Plan and announced it will hold 3 public hearings in Lansing, Detroit and Grayling on Wednesday, February 11th.  Publication of these proposed changes follows an invite-only forum attended by industry representatives hosted by MSHDA in January.
